Step By Step Guide: Apply Community Certificate Online Tamilnadu
Step 1: You need to register an account in TNeGA website. After that you need to login into your account.
Step 2: Once you have successfully logged in, you have to click the “Revenue Department” link.
Step 3: In Revenue Department, You need to click the “Community Certificate” Link. It will open the new tab.
Step 4: The website will show the instructions to apply the certificate such as “Supporting documents and Application fees”.
Step 5: Now you need to “Register CAN Number”. CAN Number is a one-time registration to store your personal details on the TNeGA website for future use. If you already have CAN Number then you can search via “CAN Number, Father Name, Email Id, Applicant Name, Mobile Number and Date of Birth”.
Step 6: Once you have finished the CAN Number setup, now you need to enter your “Permanent Address, Contact Details, and Form Details(Caste Details).
Step 7: Finally, You need to upload the necessary documents in the proper format. To know the format check the below image.
Step 8: At last, you have to made the payment of Rs.60. You can able to track the status of the application via TNeGA website. If the application is returned to the user for any reason, you can find the application & reason in “Returned Application” section.
